  1. Rinse fish filet and pat dry
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Season with salt, pepper and minced garlic
  4. Place skin side down on grill
  5. Grilling time will vary depending on the thickness of filet, check doneness with a fork in the thickest part of the filet. If the meat flakes apart it is done
  6. Remove from grill by sliding a metal spatula under the filet, the skin will stick the the grill.
  7. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon to taste and serve
